Are your clutch bags always overflowing with stuff, threatening to burst their seams and explode at any moment? It’s easy to end up carrying more stuff that you need in your purse, because you are always worrying about that crucial moment when you might want it and don’t have it. However, if you want to simplify your life and not waste so much time hunting around in your purse for what you need, here are a few tips to cut down what you carry:
• Use smaller clutch bags. It’s simple: if the purse you are carrying is smaller, you will put less junk in it. If your purse is bigger, you will fill it up!
• Leave some of the items in your car or house instead, such as a lint brush, lip gloss, or comb.
• If you must have a certain item in your purse, try using a miniature version of it such as a tiny compact tin of lip gloss.
• Clean out your purse every week or so when it becomes filled with receipts and loose change.
• Are your keys on a huge keychain with plenty of decorative key rings? Take all of the extra ones off and keep them at home, and only leave one or two of your favourite key chains to make your keys a lot smaller.
Carrying less in your clutch bags can make you more organized and make your life a whole lot simpler.
